Hard case in a sturdy box, padding all around, tracked and insured carrier (UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority). Drop us the tracking number when it ships so we can keep an eye out.

We send them back tracked and insured, and pass along the tracking number the moment they go out. Done.

The one real risk with mail-in is the carrier tossing your box around. A hard case, some padding, and a sturdy box take ten extra minutes and head off almost every common shipping mishap. Shipping from a UPS Store or FedEx Office? Ask about their "Pack and Ship Guarantee" — it's a few bucks of extra coverage on top of your insurance.
- Inside the case: Original Ray-Ban Meta hard case if you have it, or any rigid sunglass case. Wrap a lens cloth around the frame so it doesn’t shift.
- Inside the box: About 2 inches of foam, bubble, or paper padding on every side of the case. The case shouldn’t move when you shake the box.
- Outer box: Sturdy cardboard. No envelopes. No padded mailers. No "soft pack" services.
- Carrier: UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. Skip uninsured first-class.
- Insurance: Insure them for what they’re worth ($300 to $400 for most models). It’s on you, but we ask that you do it before shipping.
- Tracking: Required. Just reply with the tracking number once it’s on its way.

- Day 0: Send a pic. Hear back, usually within hours.
- Day 1: We confirm the fit, you ship.
- Day 3–5: Glasses arrive (UPS Ground / USPS Priority).

- Day 6–9: Back on your face.

Which carrier should I use?
UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance for what your glasses are worth. Skip uninsured first-class. The UPS Store / FedEx Office "Pack and Ship Guarantee" is a nice extra for a few bucks.
How do I pack them?
Hard case (the original Ray-Ban Meta one or a rigid substitute), then about 2 inches of padding on every side of the case inside a sturdy cardboard box. No envelopes, no padded mailers.
What if a package is delayed or damaged in transit?
Shipping risk is on you, which is why we ask you to insure it. If a package shows up late, opened, or banged up, we stop, take a look, and reach out before we do any work.
Can you ship internationally?
US-only for now. International customs on modified electronics is more hassle than it is worth for your device.
